Mainly needing help when daycare is closed or kids are sick and can't go to daycare. The youngest has Down syndrome and is fed continuously by tube, you wouldn't have to do anything to the tube just make sure it doesn't get caught or pulled out. The oldest has autism but is managing it well when kept to her routine which I would share with you. We have food allergies so most of the food would be safe here and easily re-heatable for lunches or snacks.
