I'm looking for a great nanny for my two children. My first is almost two, and my second is 3 months old. My husband and I both work in healthcare, and our schedules can vary so flexibility is ideal. We are looking for someone who would be able to work mornings, around 6:30AM, until afternoon (we can be flexible with this time as we have in laws available to watch in the afternoon), but anywhere from 12pm-2 p.m.
