Mother's Helper For 8-month-old Baby In Albuquerque

I'm a stay-at-home mom to a wonderful 8-month-old baby boy. I love being with him but am finding it very difficult to complete any household or outside work when he's awake. I'm hoping to find a mother's helper who can care for the baby while I'm in the next room getting paperwork, computer work, cooking, and house projects done. My ideal situation would be 2 afternoons per week, for 2-3 hours at a time; I'm flexible on which afternoons. I also have a very docile, sweet 16-year-old Jack Russell pet dog.
