Nanny For 4 Month-old Girl Mon-Thurs

Nanny needed 4 days a week for our baby girl. We plan to send her to daycare in February or March 2025. While we don't require pet care, we have a dog and two cats. We'd like if the dog can be let outside into the enclosed yard if necessary. The ideal nanny has reliable transportation, does not smoke/vape, and has experience with babies. We'd love to have someone who is bilingual in Spanish but that is not a requirement.
