Our family of 4 is seeking a part time nanny, housekeeper, and mother's helper. Due to chronic illness, I (mom) need child care and housekeeping support. The level of support will fluctuate from week to week, depending on my condition. Our ideal candidate would have tremendous flexibility, and in exchange, we plan to provide a consistent salary with ample, but unpredictable, time off. Maturity, empathy, and excellent communication skills are a must.
