Family located in Albuquerque NM (87122) is seeking a nanny for their 2-year-old daughter. The family describes their ideal nanny as, "Someone who can provide transportation to and from daycare, takes ownership and initiative with all child related matters in home, helps create and maintain schedules, understands basics of child development and facilitates achieving milestones, does not rely on screens to watch children, will go on walks, go to park, read, play, and engage with children. Proactive, does not have to wait for guidance and isn't afraid to share ideas with parents, should see this as a partnership. The child currently goes to daycare, gymnastics, likes walking with our dog, loves crawling on furniture and playing at the park. Both parents are typically gone during the day, but there will be days when either one parent may come home early or have the day off. The family has a home office. The family is looking for a nanny that will become part of their family. There may be times that they have a day off and want to accompany the child and nanny for a bit during the day. Their current nanny is moving to another state, so they are looking for another wonderful nanny to join their family. The family is expecting another child in September 2024. Nanny will not take over care of the infant until mom goes back to work. Duties will include the child's laundry, cooking for child, cooking for family, child's dishes, running errands, grocery shopping, transporting child and light housekeeping.
