We are looking for a person with a kind heart to watch our infant daughter while my husband and I are at work. She will be a little over 12 weeks when you will be starting with our family and we are looking for someone to care for her with patience, attention, and consideration in our absence throughout the week. Our hope is for someone to have a long history of infant care and to be comfortable working with our daughter through each of the developmental stages akin to these early years of her life. We would like for her to be comfortably engaged in play throughout her wake windows and for communication to be open with us throughout the time spent with her. We have a home we hope to fill with creativity, imagination and books. The nanny we bring into our family should be united in this mission of learning, care and active engagement.
