My husband and I will be going back to work and looking to keep our daughter out of day care and in the home while we're at work. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident caring for an infant, she will be 3-4 months old. She has no specific needs/requirements aside from normal day to day necessities and is a very easy going baby (so far!). We would love to establish a relationship with a trustworthy, caring, reliable nanny who will turn into a family friend who can also help for date nights and other needs in the future.
