Looking for a flexible nanny to help me go back to work as an RN. One 3-year-old boy. He has a developmental disability, causing him to be delayed in physical skills but no medical needs. I would prefer to work nights to allow me to be present during the day as needed for him. I would be willing to do dayshift for the right candidate. He goes to school full time with transportation (7 am-330 pm), so needs would vary: 3 days a week- either Morning/afternoon help, or nights 6 pm-7 a.m. We have one dog!
