28-30 guaranteed hours per week in the afternoons and evenings for 3 children, ages 4, 9, and 11. My oldest has epilepsy, but she doesn't require any specific care other than preparedness in the rare case of a seizure. I work from home and need light housework help, pick ups and drop offs for activities, and may need occasional babysitting into evenings. In nice weather, if they have free time, we live near multiple playgrounds that they love to play at.
