Babysitter Needed For Our Smiley 4-Month-Old!

Hello! I am looking to find a babysitter for our 4-month-old daughter. Our schedule does vary a whole bunch so week to week is currently always changing in terms of what we need. I am a stay at home/WFH mom who could use 4 hours a couple times a week to be able to get work done, run errands, and adult. On occasion I need longer hours so I can go into the office. On the rare occasion would love a weekend date night with my husband. At this point our nugget is still all naps, food, tummy time, walks outside, and just staring around in fascination at pretty much anything. We do have a dog, Tom, who is very effective at modeling/supervising naps. We do have a dog named Tom. His ideal day is also naps, food, and walks so he and S get along great.
