Nanny/Housekeeper 1 Yr Old Boy - Active Dads Seeking Kind Caregiver And Housekeeper

We are seeking a Nanny/Housekeeper for our little family. We are 2 Dads and a little boy with a hypo-allergenic friendly Bernedoodle dog. We hope to have another baby in the future but right now just one boy that is almost 1-year-old. We are looking for someone that has a passion for childhood development and making sure our little boy is always learning and growing in the best way possible. Because our jobs are flexible and we are home a lot, there are many times I may be with the baby and need this person to help take care of chores or errands around the house. Keeping things organized and tidy and helping setup dinners or help with anything we usually have going on. We don't have a specific routine at the moment and sometimes need someone to stay if we are out on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night. If we don't have plans then we don't need this person to stay late. We have an extra bedroom that this person could stay overnight in if preferred not today drive home too late. We live in a beautiful community with great people and friends and hoping to find someone honest, warm and able to see what needs to be done and willing to do a great job at helping around the house.
