Child is special need; He has high energy and require scheduled activities. He needs to be engaged by the caregiver in structural activity. Likes to take a walk, bike riding, skating and nature. He has limited verbal communication and need prompting to request most activities and meals. Can engaged in self-injurious behaviors self-bit, smacking his face and skin picking. May throw tantrum, grab and scratch caregiver when upset. He also disrobes when weather is uncomfortable, and he constantly changes outfit. He is fully potty trained, fully ambulatory and able to feed himself.
