Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Wayne.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Wayne. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. We have two kids. Our younger is verbal and smart but has certain behavior challenges. She has trouble transitioning, challenges breaking from scripting, and can tantrum when upset. Our older one helps very much with her and the behavior is not all the time. However, we are looking for a sitter who is comfortable dealing with a child that at times can have behavior challenges. Please let me know if you have experience with children that have behavioral challenges and feel this might be a fit. Thanks
