About the job
The one who would be watched is G. She is almost 13 years old and has low functioning autism with a high tendency of self harm when she is overstimulated, uncomfortable, or doesnt know how to express her herself. She is a beautiful little girl who is greatly misunderstood. She would need a babysitter who would be willing to work with her and be able to calm her down when she is having an episode. A sitter who would need to be compassionate and loving, while also being patient and understanding. G has a routine that shes used to, and it takes her some time to get used to other people as well. Person would also need to be calm and gentle. I know this seems to be asking a lot for not that much pay, but the need is high because the mother, needs someone to watch G so she can get a job to help support them both.
