We need someone to come every Monday through Thursday, from 2 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. They would do some light cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc. and then when our kids get home from school, she will watch the kids (7 and 5 years old) for 1 or 2 hours while I finish working. Then I will come home with our two younger kids (1 and 3 years old) and watch them all together until my spouse gets home from work.
