I work from home and need a true teammate to help care for our children four days a week. Being with my babies is very important to me, and I stay as hands-on as possible between meetings. I exclusively breastfeed and homeschool our daughter in the early morning. This is an education-forward role. I'll handle curriculum, but Id love for our nanny to naturally integrate learning into daily activities (counting, letter sounds, spelling, etc.). A background in education or early childhood development is a plus! Our daughter has had only one nanny since she was 3 months old, and she became like family.
