Special Needs Nanny Needed For 12 Year Old With Autism

I am seeking a compassionate and experienced babysitter to care for my 12-year-old daughter who is on the autism spectrum. The role will involve providing attentive, one-on-one care while I work from home. My daughter is a kind and bright child who thrives with structure, patience, and understanding. She has a G-tube and is in-between school placements. I am looking for someone with a calm, patient demeanor and experience working with children with autism or special needs. Once my daughter is in a new placement the intent of this role is to then transition into care every other weekend. Responsibilities: - Provide direct, one-on-one care during working hours - Assist with daily routines and activities (reading, art, and sensory play) - Ensure a safe, engaging environment
