Full Time Nanny Position In South Jersey!

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced nanny to care for our two young boys: an infant and a toddler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child care and early childhood education, and will be passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children. In broad strokes we strive to parent in a way that fosters autonomy and independence in all ways from sleep to utilizing baby led weaning. ### Key Responsibilities **Child Care and Supervision** - Provide attentive and loving care and ensure the safety and well-being of both children at all times. **Meal Preparation and Clean-Up** - Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children and clean up after their meals. **Enrichment Activities** - Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities. - Foster a creative and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development. **Routine Management** - Assist with establishing and maintaining daily routines, including nap times, feeding schedules, and playtime. - Support the toddler with potty training as needed. **Light Housekeeping** - Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children's care, such as laundry and organizing toys. **Communication** - Maintain open and effective communication with the parents regarding the children's progress and any concerns. - Provide updates on daily activities and milestones. **Experience and Education** - Proven experience in child care, specifically with infants and toddlers. - Background in early childhood education is highly desirable. **Skills and Attributes** - Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patient, nurturing, and energetic demeanor. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Schedule and Compensation - **Schedule** - Full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm however hours may change day to day with advance notice. - Occasional evenings or weekends may be required with advance notice. - **Compensation** - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
