Need someone to shadow our 5-year-old son at his daycare Monday through Thursday, 2 p.m. to 5:30 (probably not until 5:30) but def would pay for 3. 5 hours per day. Daycare feels he is having trouble waking up and when he does sometimes he is cranky so they want a one on one to help when and if needed.
