ISO Toddler-Friendly, Compassionate Mother's Helper For 1- And 3-year-old In Somerset, NJ

Our family is looking for a "mother's helper" to assist with the care of our 1-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Our mother-in-law is the main caregiver while I (mom) am at work and she needs help with the two of them. A good fit for our family would be someone who is comfortable working with toddlers - someone who is compassionate, imaginative, attentive and playful. Both of our kids love to explore, they love creative activities and being outside. As a mother's helper, most of the time you will be keeping an eye one of the children while our mother-in-law is with the other. Our family is Muslim and it is a bonus but not requirement by any means if you know some Urdu. We need someone who is inclusive and compassionate on religious and other matters. We are looking for a long-term child care relationship with an amazing person!
