T. will be 3 yrs old in April. He is energetic always playing with his toys and jumping around. He loves to watch shows on his iPad. He hardly takes naps, almost never until late evening. We are also starting to potty train, so he is in pull-ups and does not use the potty often. We need an as needed sitter. My husband's work schedule is an on - call schedule so he may get called into work 24 or sometimes 48hrs in advance. Sitter needed a minimum of once a week to other times 3 times a week and other times not at all for the week.
