He will need to be taken to activities and picked up. Need some help cleaning around home - organizing his schedule - after school with doing homework - cooking dinner. Need someone who is reliable, trustworthy, cordial and responsible/accountable. Flexibility is important - will likely have additional requests/requirement's as process commences
