Nanny Needed For 8-month Old In Saddle Brook, NJ

My husband and I will return to work in November 2024 and need a caring nanny for our will-be8-month-old baby girl 2-3 days a week from 8a - 5p on weekdays. I work as a full-time nurse, but my weekly schedule varies from week to week. My schedule is finalized a month beforehand and will be shared with our nanny. My husband works from home between 9-5 p.m. and may be able to assist during the day. Our little one is sleep-trained and follows a consistent routine throughout the day. She has started solids/purees and has been working on sitting/crawling. Our little one takes some time to get used to new people in her life, so we were looking for our caretaker to be able to start a week before I return to work just to get used to the groove of things.
