Looking Nanny For Baby Boy In Roseland, NJ.

I'm looking for a nanny for my 15 months old baby boy. The nanny's responsibilities should include: play with the baby and entertain him, read books, teach him new skills, watch him and support him so he doesn't fall or hit himself, play games that are appropriate for his age, go for a walk 2 times a day (day and evening time), feed him, change diapers, etc. A nanny must have good manners, be kind and sweet, calm (NOT HYPER), punctual, responsible, knows how to approach a child, caring and gentle. We are considering long term. I need a nanny for 3-4 days a week and sometimes the days can change and this will be discussed in advance. Also could travel with us which is 1-2 times a year and less than a week (but it's not necessary if it doesn't work out).
