About the job
We have a 2yr old son and a 3yr old daughter, plus a 55lb black lab mix! The pup thinks she is one of the kids, so anyone who works with us must be comfortable with dogs (and definitely not allergic), as she wouldn't do well be away from the kids all day long. Typical hours would be Mon-Fri, 8:15am-5:30 p.m. with some flex. Other duties: making meals for the kids (usually breakfast; always lunch; and occasionally dinner); doing the kids laundry; giving baths (sometimes you'll do, sometimes we'll do it); Planning fun activities for the kids, like arts and crafts, learning activities, taking them outside to play as much as possible (we have a deck & fenced-in yard). The kids LOVE taking trips to local parks, story time at local libraries, zoo, classes, etc. My 3yr old is also in pre-K 2x/wk from 9-12:30. If this is up your alley apply!
