Seeking Full Time Help On A Split Schedule Starting December Or January

We are a family of (soon to be) 5 in Robbinsville NJ! We have a 6-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son, and baby girl due January 2025. We are seeking full time help as we transition to this next phase in our family life. I (mom) am home full time so this you would be helping me and not alone with all three kids. General caretaking for kids, school pickup and drop off as needed, light housekeeping, We are seeking someone who is available on a "split schedule" daily - hours would be 7:30-11:30 a.m. and then again 3-7 p.m. To compensate for the added commute time we will pay for an hour of commute as well . So will pay your hourly rate for 9 hours a day witht the schedule listed. So ideally the person would be local. Monday-Friday Pay rate dependent on experience/negotiable
