About the job
My wife recently passed away and I need help at home. I have two children, a 17-year-old son who is in 12th grade, and a 14-year-old 9th grader. I need to return to work soon after bereavement leave, and I need help with housekeeping, meal prep and occasional transport. My job requires me to travel from time to time and I cannot leave the children home alone, and I have no capable family nearby to support. So when I travel, I need someone who is willing to stay over in our home. I do not expect to have to travel more than a few days per month on average. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom available. We would prefer someone who has their own car, non-smoker, and who does not mind cats.
