Fun Sitter For A 6yo Girl

Hello, I'm looking for a recurring baby sitter for my 6-year-old girl. Ultimately I'm looking for more of a playmate and friend rather than a typical sitter to just be babysitting. I'm looking for someone who is willing to sit and play Barbie's with her, bake cookies, engage in arts & crafts & keep her busy and moving. Additionally I'd like for you to have your own car so that you can take her to some of her extracurricular activities such as gymnastics, voice, and swim. Having someone who is reliable is very important but also someone who is able to have the energy to play, as if I'm paying for a friend more than a babysitter. She's a super fun, friendly and outgoing kid who just wants good energy to engage with!
