Looking for a long-term nanny to help care for our two boys (6 and 4 years old). Both happy and easy going kids, our 4-year-old is on the spectrum but he's very sweet, affectionate and calm. We need help preparing the kids for school or camp (including meal prep) in the morning, drop off/pick up one of the kids to/from the nearby elementary school, and taking the kids to the playground and other activities occasionally. We're both working parents with long commutes. We're looking for a permanent, long-term arrangement and appreciate flexibility and reliability. Typical weekly commitment is between 22 and 30 hours.
