I'm looking for a babysitter who could essentially be on call. You may be needed, you may not be. The days would be a Friday from 6 p.m. till Saturday 7:30 a.m. Or a Sunday 7:30a till Monday at 6 a.m. this would be about once or twice a month. I would like to pay a flat fee for you being available and if you are needed, I'd pay an additional rate. I have a rotating on call schedule and some days conflict when I have my son. I'm looking for someone who would be able to show up and stay with my son if I was called in the middle of the night
