Wife is going back to work full time starting 11/19/2024. Plans to go back to work through Q1 2025 and take an extended mommy break from work. May work part time through her mommy break, so we may need to extend the time frame needed for nanny past Q2 2025. Ideal day: Arrive at our home around 8:30 a.m. EST. Stay through 5 p.m. EST. Baby is 3 months. Simulative activities. Light house cleaning. Light meal prep. Feeding / changing baby. Keeping baby on sleep schedule. Etc.
