Full-Time Newborn Caregiver & Family Support Role

We are first-time parents. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced full-time caregiver for our newborn boy, due June 2025, with a somewhat later start each morning (Monday through Friday 10A-6P approx). However, flexibility is required, as sometimes weekend support and different hours are needed, which would be communicated in advance. We could then maybe give a day off during the week if there was a scenario where weekend support was needed. My wife is a college basketball coach, and sometimes has commitments that would keep her busy on the weekend, but her schedule is known well in advance! We're looking for someone reliable, flexible, and eager to grow with our family in a long-term role that can also help us with light housekeeping needs & healthy meal prep. Infant care experience and CPR/First Aid is preferred. Thank you!
