About the job
Temp care needed, current nanny going on maternity leave! Mom/dad in medicine, mom works most Mon/Thurs 24hr shifts, dad's schedule variable. On mom's call/post-call days, need nanny when we leave 5:45-6 a.m. toddler up ~7:30am, get her dressed/fed/drive to daycare (8:30-9a) on most Mon/Tues and Thurs, Fridays am to 3 p.m. care (will know mom's schedule 2-3 months ahead). May need full day childcare if toddler sick or daycare closed. Some Mon/Thurs may need daycare pickup (~4-4:30pm), light dinner prep, care until bedtime 7-7:30 p.m. RARELY if mom/dad on call, would ask to stay overnight (private guest room/bed) until daycare drop off next day - would know in advance. Light pet care (small dog to walk, give food/water, rarely clean up accidents). tidy up after toddler/wash toddler dishes and clothes/sheets. More details if interested!
