About the job
I'm looking for a reliable and experienced overnight and late evening babysitter with special needs experience to care for my children, all on the autism spectrum. My 21-year-old daughter has moderate autism, is minimally verbal, and is very compliant. My 19-year-old daughter requires a lot of attention and needs structure and routine. My two younger children are high-functioning on the autism spectrum, but independent. For the job I need someone to provide late evening or overnight care for my children in a structured, calm environment. This includes help with bedtime routines, meals/snacks, and daily reminders and simple prompts for my 21-year-old daughter in which I will provide training. This is a one time post, but can lead to other babysitting requests in the future.
