No strict schedule because our child is still an infant. Just guidelines--ideally, he should drink 2-3 oz of breastmilk from the bottle every 2-3 hours and nap in between. Bottle needs to be warmed before he feeds (he is very picky about the milk being warm; if you are able to get him to drink bottled breastmilk without it being warmed, that would be amazing!). Wake periods should ideally be no longer than 1. 5 hours. We've found it tough to get him to sleep, but once he sleeps, he sleeps pretty well even with noise in the background. Maybe you will be able to do it better than we can and even put him on some kind of schedule! Interactive play, belly time, reading when he is awake would be appreciated.
