Weekly After Pre-School Help Needed For Active Sweet 3 Year Old Boy With Mild Speech Delay

I need after preschool care for my3-year-old son between 3:15- 5:15 p.m. Monday- Thursday each week, no Fridays, holidays or weekends. He requires someone to sit with him, read with him, play blocks, work on puzzles, help with potty training, take him outside to play in the backyard, etc while I am working at my WFH job. He is a very sweet boy with delayed speech development, (specifically he doesn’t talk, but babbles a lot), who needs daily practice with his speaking/speech, learning the names of things, sensory . Anyone with experience w/kids w/ developmental delays, early child hitch education, etc would be my ideal candidate. Overall, this job should be a pretty easy - my son is very well adjusted, smiles, laughs often, and active!!! (run, jumping, etc.). Parking available in the driveway behind house. FYI We do not have pets.
