Part-Time Backup Babysitter Needed (Backup And Date Nights)

We are a loving family seeking a responsible and caring babysitter to join our household as a backup caregiver as well as a primary caregiver for date nights. The ideal candidate will be a young babysitter with various experience levels, has a flexible schedule that can accommodate days to work per request, and is enthusiastic about working with children and can adapt to our family's needs. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and nurturing care to our children during designated hours. - Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games and crafts. - Ensure a safe and clean environment for the children. - Be flexible with hours, as this position will include backup duties that may vary from day to day. Note that we prepare meals ahead of time for our child for convenience. We do not require any other household duties other than to maintain an orderly environment as best as possible. Requirements: - Previous experience babysitting or working with children (references preferred). - CPR and First Aid certification (not required but is a plus). - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively. - Ability to follow our family's guidelines and routines. Hours: - As this is a job post for a job as a backup, the hours are flexible depending on family needs. - When required, the estimated hour range would be 5-12 hours per day (depending on the day) - Primarily evening hours for date nights which will occur 1-2 times a month, with potential daytime hours as needed.
