Responsibilities: Daily: Help with food prep for all meals, especially snacks and smoothies. Keep me fed as I tend to skip meals. I also need help with cleaning around the house. Weekly: Review/unpack weekly groceries, assist with meal planning, and maintain food inventory. 3-6 Months: Defrost the freezer. As-Needed: Occasional weekend child care every quarter, Friday to Sunday. Help with Monday dinners/bedtime as needed. Babysitting opportunities if I go out. Other: Assist during illness (myself/kids) when I have calls or need rest. Be comfortable with my energy healing work.
