Being kind, courteous, respectful, and always looking for the best in situations. I'm being grateful for everything we have. He loves to dance, listen to music, play with cars and run around. He needs help eating, napping, and changing his diaper, as well as putting on his shoes & clothes. Multilingual would be preferred, but not required (English, Spanish, and or Tagalog) There's plenty of street parking as well as parking in the driveway and we are close to the train station as well as bus stops. No pets
