Recurring Babysitter (weekday) For 9-month-old Identical Twins

We're seeking regular childcare for 9-month-old twin boys on days I work remotely from home. I've found someone for Saturdays and Sundays (yay!), but my job would like me to add a weekday (and possibly another weekday later). I've selected Tuesday, though I'm somewhat flexible on this for the right fit. Experience with multiples (twins) preferred. Musts include clear and consistent communication, **reliability**, punctuality, and the ability to keep the boys engaged & maintain their routine. I do a lot of the days' set up myself (food prep, laundry, etc.), so it's basically execution and playtime We'd prefer someone who'd like to be with us for the long haul.
