Our previous babysitter, who had been with us since the boys were 2 months old, will no longer be available, so we're seeking regular childcare for 7-month-old twin boys. For now, the planned schedule is 3 days weekly, but this will increase (evenings and weekends) when I return to work. Experience with multiples (twins) preferred. Musts include clear and consistent communication, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain the boys' routine. We'd also prefer someone who'd like to be with us for the long haul.
