My son is 2. Will be 3 in December. No special care needed. Very easy going. Likes cars and animals. I have 50/50 custody of my son and would need care Monday 7-5, Tuesday 7-5, Wednesday 7-noon and the next week Wednesday 1-5, Thursday 7-5 and Friday 7-5 and it would continue to alternate.
