We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and nurturing full-time nanny for our two young children (ages 1. 5 and 3. 5). This role goes beyond basic childcare - we want someone to support our children in a thoughtful, educational environment. Responsibilities include engaging care, child-related housekeeping, preparing healthy meals, occasional grocery shopping, school/activity pickups, annual travel to Florida (3-4 weeks in Jan/Feb), and occasional overnights (one weekend every three months). Must have 10+ years of childcare experience, be trustworthy, reliable, passionate about child development, have transportation, pass a background check, and provide strong references. Based in our pet-free, smoke-free Montclair home. Household employee status with W-2 provided.
