Full-Time Live-Out Nanny For 2-Year-Old In Montclair, NJ

Were seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny for our 2-year-old daughter. Our current nanny, whom we adore, is transitioning out of childcare but will assist with training. Start date is flexible, with guaranteed 40-45 hours/week (some early mornings/evenings needed). Must have a valid drivers license to take her to activities. Responsibilities include toddler care, light housekeeping (e. g., laundry, dishes), minor pet care (for our 90lb dog), and planning playdates/outings. Looking for someone CPR/First Aid certified, with advanced childcare training or experience with toddlers/infants. Potty training and meal/activity planning are bonuses. Come fall, hours may shift to 35/week with potential for more. Long-term role with growth as we plan for another child next year. Pay: $21-$25/hour based on experience.
