Family Of 5 In Montclair Seeks After School Care + Housekeeping

Hello! We are a family of 5 in Montclair seeking help with after-school care and housework. Our son is entering 5th grade, and our twin daughters are entering 1st. We also have two friendly cats. Childcare includes school pickup, driving in your vehicle to activities, homework supervision, and starting the evening routine (showers, dinner). Housekeeping includes tidying, laundry, managing the dishwasher, vacuuming, changing linens, and other tasks as needed and time permitting. Core hours are 2:30-6:30, Mon-Fri, plus time for housekeeping during school. Some flexibility is appreciated (early dismissal days, or a later commute), typically 1-3x per month with notice. We run an energetic household with a sense of humor amidst the chaos! We seek a self-starter who can embrace the buzz and partner with us for a smooth operation.
