Nanny Needed For 15-Month-Old Toddler While I WFH (Days/Hours Are Somewhat Flexible)

Hi! We are looking for someone local/reliable/nurturing to watch our 15-month-old toddler starting this fall while I work from home. We currently have a great part-time sitter, and are looking to add one more, plus our parents, so if there are only certain days/hours you can do please let me know. Our daughter naps from 12-2/2:30pm(ish). My parents also come over to watch her 2 days a week, so we are somewhat flexible on days/times as needed as they are retired. Must be ok with background check. Ideally, this position would be long-term as we hope to have more kids in the future.
