Looking For An Energetic, Warm After-School Babysitter

We are two working parents looking for a babysitter to help our three kids after school. Responsibilities will involve picking up our 4yo from pre-k, giving a snack when they get home from school, and driving them to whatever activity they have afterschool (or just hanging with them and helping with homework). We would love someone with some flexibility -- there are certain days with a later appointment or if we both need to work late. Our kids are bright, silly, and with a lot of energy. They have religious school, as well as possible playdates, sports practices, etc. We also have a 4yo dog named Gracie who is big and lovable. As parents, we are very communicative and appreciate an honest and open working relationship.
