Twin Nanny Needed

we are looking for a nanny primarily for our twins that are due in June. Ideally we need help starting end of summer or September, so the start date is definitely flexible if need be. We have two daughters already, a 3 1/2-year-old in preschool and our 16-month-old who will go to daycare a few days a week. She will likely be home one day a week with me while I work from home. We had a nanny who is like family to us for our two girls, but sadly we are moving too far from her. We hope whoever becomes our nanny next will become part of our family too! We are looking not only for a nanny, but someone who would be open to babysitting and possibly dog sitting in our home (we have two loving male dogs both around 45 lbs) on occasion too! There s so much more about us we cant wait to share and discuss with another potential nanny!
