Hello! This is a light duty job with two well behaved kids. We just need gap coverage from end of school until end of work. Bus drops them off at the bottom of our block. No homework, no tutoring. Light housekeeping (picking up, dishes) IF there is time (not a requirement). Give a snack, play/unwind. Mom works from home in upstairs office. Can start at 3:30 instead of 3 if that makes a difference!
